  • 2 chicken breasts.

How to Prepare Chicken Cacciatore:

  1. Seasoning and Coating the Chicken:

    • Place the chicken breasts and thighs in a large bowl.
    • Season with salt and black pepper, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly.
    • Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour to coat them.
  2. Browning the Chicken:

    • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
    • Fry the chicken thighs and breasts on both sides until they turn golden brown (about 5 minutes on each side).
    • Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside on a plate.
