Chicken Marinade:

  • 2 whole chickens, cut into pieces.
  • 4 tablespoons of yogurt.
  • 4 tablespoons of ketchup.
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
  • 2 tablespoons of Kabsa spices.
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder.
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube.
  • Salt (to taste).
  • 1 small cup of olive oil.

Rice Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of rice, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
  • 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped.
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced.
  • 5 large tomatoes, finely chopped.
  • 3 hot green chili peppers.
  • 4 grated carrots.
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil.
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered chicken bouillon.
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder.

How to Prepare Chicken Kabsa with Spicy Sauce:

Preparing the Chicken:

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with yogurt, vinegar, ketchup, olive oil, garlic powder, Kabsa spices, chili powder, ginger, chicken bouillon cube, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
