Ingredients for Chicken Pilaf:
- 2 cups of rice.
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- 500 grams of chicken thighs.
- 500 grams of chicken breasts.
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped.

- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric.
- 2 teaspoons of grated lemon zest.
- ⅓ cup of fresh lemon juice.

How to Prepare Chicken Pilaf:
Cooking the Chicken:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a suitable pot over medium heat.

- Once browned, remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside in a separate dish.
Sautéing the Onions:
