  • 4 medium-sized chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 800 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves (as needed)
  • Mozzarella cheese slices (as desired)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

How to Prepare Chicken Steak with Tomatoes, Basil, and Cheese:

  1. Take the boneless and skinless chicken breasts and make four deep, long slashes in each piece.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown and becomes fragrant.

  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn golden.

  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves to the pan, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
