How to Prepare Chocolate Cake with Flake and Nuts:

  1. Place the white sugar, drinking water, powdered milk, vegetable oil, and cocoa powder into an electric blender. Mix all the ingredients on medium speed until well combined. Pour some of the mixture into a cup and set it aside.

  2. Add the eggs to the remaining mixture in the blender, and blend again until fully combined.

  3. Pour the previous mixture into a suitable bowl, and add the white flour and baking powder. Mix the ingredients by hand until you get a smooth cake batter.

  4. Grease a baking pan with a little vegetable oil, then pour the batter into the pan.
