Ingredients for Corn Pasta:
- 5 cups of corn.
- 350 grams of pasta.
- 1 tablespoon of butter.
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped.
- 3 cloves of minced garlic.
- Salt (to taste).

- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
For Garnish:
- Grated zest of half a lemon.
- 3 tablespoons of finely chopped basil.
- Slices of tomato (optional).
How to Prepare Corn Pasta:
Prepare the Corn Mixture:
Blend the corn thoroughly in a food processor until smooth, then strain the mixture to separate the liquid.Boil the Corn Liquid:
Bring the strained corn liquid to a boil in a suitable pot.Cook the Pasta:
