  • 500 grams of cleaned and peeled shrimp.
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil.
  • Lettuce (optional, for serving).

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce.
  • ½ tablespoon of honey.
  • ⅓ cup of mayonnaise.

First Mixture Ingredients:

  • 3 teaspoons of white flour.
  • 3 teaspoons of cornstarch.
  • 1 medium-sized egg.
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
  • ¼ cup of water.

Second Mixture Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of white flour.
  • ¼ cup of cornstarch.
  • ½ teaspoon of salt.
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

How to Prepare Dynamite Shrimp:

Preparing the Sauce:

  1. In a suitable bowl, mix together the Sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and honey. Stir well until fully combined, then place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill.

Preparing the First Mixture:

  1. In a separate bowl, combine the cornstarch, white flour, water, egg, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients form a smooth batter.

Preparing the Second Mixture:

  1. In another bowl, mix the cornstarch, white flour, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Frying the Shrimp:

  1. Dip the peeled shrimp into the first mixture, then coat them with the second mixture.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the shrimp for about 2 minutes until they are golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove the shrimp from the oil and place them on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

Serving:
