  • Warm drinking water as needed
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup of ready-made pizza sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup of pastrami
  • ½ cup of green bell pepper, diced into small cubes
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

How to Prepare Egg and Pastrami Pizza:

  1. In a deep mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, white sugar, yeast, salt, powdered milk, and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.

  2. Gradually add the vegetable oil and warm water while kneading continuously until you get a soft and cohesive dough.

  3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place for at least 60 minutes to allow the dough to rise and double in size.

  4. Once the dough has risen, divide it into two equal portions.

  5. Roll out each portion of dough into a circular shape on a floured surface.
