Steps to Prepare Eid Cookies with Dates:
Preparing the dough:
- In a suitable bowl, mix the semolina flour, all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, mahlab, and ginger. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
- Add the rose water and the melted butter, and knead all the ingredients together until a smooth dough forms.
