Ingredients for Emirati Jabab Bread:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon of instant yeast
- ½ cup of white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of saffron
- 2 tablespoons of rose water
- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 1 cup of hot water
Preparation Method for Emirati Jabab Bread:
Prepare the Saffron and Rose Water Mixture:
- In a small bowl, mix the saffron with the rose water. Stir well and let it sit to allow the saffron to infuse the rose water.
Mix the Dry Ingredients:
