- 2 cups of liquid milk.
- ½ cup of white sugar.
- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom.
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

Preparation of Emirati Qashtaliyah:

Cover the dish or serving cups with plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for at least one full night.
After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and garnish the top with crushed pistachios and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
