For the Dough:

  • 1 packet of yeast.
  • 1 cup of warm water (for mixing).
  • 1 teaspoon of white sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 2.5 cups of all-purpose flour.

For the Toppings:

  • 5 tablespoons of cream cheese.
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped green olives.
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped black olives.
  • Chopped tomatoes (as desired).

How to Prepare Fake Pizza:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and set the mixture aside to activate.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the sugar, salt, 1 cup of flour, olive oil, and the activated yeast mixture. Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the remaining flour while kneading the dough until you have a soft, cohesive dough.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes, allowing it to rise and double in size.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread it into an oiled baking tray.
  6. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the mayonnaise and cream cheese until well blended.
  7. Spread this mixture over the dough, then sprinkle the chopped green and black olives along with the tomato slices on top.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Once it’s ready, place the pizza tray in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
