  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 200 grams of low-fat feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped basil
  • 1/2 piece of red chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of low-fat liquid milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Prepare Feta Cheese Muffins:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, feta cheese, chopped basil, and finely chopped red chili pepper. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and eggs until smooth.

  3. Add the black pepper and salt to the egg mixture and mix well again.
