  • 200 grams of fettuccine pasta

  • 4 tablespoons of diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Prepare Fettuccine with Cilantro and Lamb:

  1. Cooking the Lamb:

    • Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the lamb shoulder pieces and sear them for about 5 minutes until browned on all sides.
