Preparation Method for Fluffy Banana Cake:

  1. Preparing the Bananas: Start by peeling the bananas and placing them in a large bowl. Mash them thoroughly with a fork until they are completely smooth.

  2. Mixing the Dry Ingredients: In a separate deep bowl, sift the flour, then add the baking powder and salt. Set this mixture aside.

  3. Whisking the Eggs: In a mixer, whisk the eggs for about 2 minutes on medium speed until they become light in color. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to whisk.
