  • 1 medium-sized green bell pepper, sliced thinly and evenly
  • 1 large tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 6 large eggs

How to Prepare Fried Eggs with Meat:

  1. Start by preparing the base: Take a large, heavy-bottomed pan, add the sunflower oil, and heat it over medium heat until it’s hot. Then, add the minced meat and stir continuously for about 5 minutes, until all the liquid evaporates. After that, add the diced onions and stir until the onions soften and blend with the meat.

  2. Mix in the vegetables and spices: Now, add the green bell pepper slices, chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper, ginger powder, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and cook for about 7 minutes over medium heat, allowing everything to cook through.
