Fried fish cubes are a special seafood dish loved by many. It stands out not only for its delicious taste but also for its numerous health benefits. Main Ingredients for Preparing Fried Fish Cubes:
- 1 packet of fish cubes (thawed, preferably Americana brand)
- 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of special fish seasoning
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of paprika seasoning
Frying Ingredients:
- A generous amount of sunflower oil
How to Prepare Fried Fish Cubes:
Step 1:
In a deep and wide bowl, combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, finely minced garlic, turmeric, fish seasoning, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix all the ingredients well until they are thoroughly combined. Add the fish cubes to this mixture and let them marinate for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Step 2:
In the meantime, prepare the egg and milk mixture by placing them in a small bowl and whisking them well. In another small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the paprika seasoning.
Step 3:
Transfer the fish cubes from the soy sauce mixture to the egg mixture, and then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture. Press the fish cubes lightly with your fingers to ensure they become crispy.
Step 4:
Heat a generous amount of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat until the oil is hot. Add the fish cubes and fry them until they turn golden brown. Flip them carefully to the other side, making sure they don’t burn and maintain their golden color.
Step 5:
Once done, remove the fish cubes from the pan and place them on a serving plate, accompanied by fried potatoes and some vegetables for garnish.
