Garlic Bread

 

  • 3 burger buns
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (you can choose another type of cheese if preferred, and increase the amount if desired)
  • 1 cup of finely chopped parsley (increase the amount if you add more cheese)
  • Salt to taste

How to Prepare Garlic Bread:

  1. Cut each burger bun in half, giving you six pieces.

  2. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on the cut side of each bun.

  3. Finely mash the garlic cloves.

  4. Spread a suitable amount of the mashed garlic on each buttered bun.

  5. Sprinkle salt to taste on the surface of each bun.

  6. Evenly distribute the finely chopped parsley over the buns, then top each one with a generous amount of your chosen cheese.

  7. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then arrange the garlic bread pieces on it.

  8. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Once heated, place the baking tray on the top rack of the oven.

  9. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown on top.

  10. Remove the tray from the oven and arrange the garlic bread on a serving plate. You can serve it hot or cold, but it tastes even better when served warm.
