Main Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, sliced
- 1 kg of grape leaves, half-boiled
- 900 grams of Egyptian rice
- 2 bunches of finely chopped parsley
- 2 bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 cups of olive oil
- 1 cup of pomegranate molasses
- ½ cup of tamarind syrup
- 1 teaspoon of mixed Arabic spices
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of dried coriander

- ½ cup of pomegranate molasses
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- ¼ cup of tomato paste

How to Prepare Grape Leaves with Tamarind:
In a large bowl, combine the rice, bell peppers, parsley, garlic, onions, tomatoes, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and tamarind syrup. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed.
Add black pepper, mixed Arabic spices, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, turmeric, dried parsley, coriander, dried mint, salt, and onion powder to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
