  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 150 grams of diced lamb (mouzat cut)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup spaghetti, broken into smaller pieces
  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 bunch of finely chopped coriander
  • 1 bunch of finely chopped celery
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps to Prepare Harira Soup with Pasta:

  1. Sauté the onions and meat:

    • Heat the vegetable oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat.
    • Add the chopped onions and stir occasionally until softened.
    • Add the diced lamb and stir until it changes color.
  2. Add chickpeas, lentils, and vegetables:

    • Add the soaked chickpeas, lentils, celery, and mashed tomatoes.
    • Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
