  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon of ground almonds
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 200 ml of yogurt
  • 100 ml of coconut cream
  • 300 ml of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

How to Prepare Indian Chicken Korma:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:

    • In a bowl, mix together the garlic, hot red pepper, ginger, salt, turmeric, lemon juice, and white pepper.
    • Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
