How to Prepare Indian Shrimp Curry:
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, and grated ginger. Stir occasionally until the onion softens.
Add the grated tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir the ingredients until they are well combined.
