  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon of whole coriander seeds
  • ½ cup of water
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions for Preparing Indian Curry Potatoes:

  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
