  • 3/4 cup of white sugar.

Steps to Prepare Jelly with Cream:

Preparing the Jelly:

  1. Place the strawberry-flavored jelly powder in a suitable bowl, then add the boiling water and stir well until the jelly powder is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water and stir again until the mixture is well combined. Pour the jelly mixture into serving cups, filling each cup halfway.
  3. Place the serving cups in the fridge to allow the jelly to set completely.

Preparing the Cream:

  1. In a saucepan, mix the milk, cornstarch, sugar, and flour. Stir all the ingredients well until they are fully combined.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and continue stirring until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the cream to cool to room temperature.
  4. Pour the cream over the set jelly in the serving cups, then return the cups to the fridge and let the cream set completely.

Garnishing:

  1. Once the cream has set, take the serving cups out of the fridge and garnish each cup with a few strawberry slices and edible flowers as desired.
