  • 1 package of lasagna.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (as needed).

Filling Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of finely ground beef.
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped.
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms.
  • 3 medium-sized carrots, grated.
  • 1 cup of corn.
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano.
  • Salt to taste.

Béchamel Sauce Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of butter.
  • 1/2 cup of flour.
  • 5 cups of liquid milk.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper.

How to Prepare Lasagna with Meat and Vegetables:

  1. Cook the Lasagna Sheets:
    Boil the lasagna sheets according to the instructions on the package. Set them aside once done.

  2. Prepare the Filling:
    Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the chopped onions. Stir until they soften.

  3. Add the ground beef, mushrooms, grated carrots, and corn. Stir all the ingredients until they are well combined.

  4. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Continue stirring until the meat and vegetables are fully cooked, then add the tomato sauce and stir to blend everything together.

  5. Prepare the Béchamel Sauce:
    In a separate pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until fully combined.

  6. Gradually pour in the liquid milk while continuously stirring. Add salt and white pepper, and keep stirring until the sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.
