  • 10 sheets of lasagna
  • 400 grams of Barilla Basilico sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 60 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

Vegetable Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of broccoli
  • 100 grams of zucchini
  • 100 grams of red bell pepper

Bechamel Sauce Ingredients:

  • 900 ml of liquid milk
  • 40 grams of white flour
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Prepare Lasagna with Tomatoes and Vegetables:

Step 1:
Wash the bell pepper and zucchini well, then cut them into medium-sized cubes. Separate the broccoli florets and blanch them in water for 30 seconds.

Step 2:
In a suitable pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bell pepper cubes, zucchini, and broccoli florets, stirring occasionally to ensure the ingredients blend well.

Step 3:
Add the Basilico sauce to the vegetable mixture and stir all the ingredients together until fully combined.

Step 4 – Prepare the Bechamel Sauce:
In a separate pot, heat the olive oil over low heat, then add the white flour, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Gradually add the liquid milk while continuing to stir to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a boil, add salt to taste, and stir until well combined. Remove the pot from the heat.

Step 5 – Assembling the Lasagna:
Grease a suitable baking dish with a little butter. Spread a layer of the vegetable mixture at the bottom, followed by a layer of the bechamel sauce, and sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top. Add a layer of lasagna sheets.

Repeat the steps, layering the ingredients until you have several layers, ending with a final layer of Parmesan cheese on top.

Step 6 – Baking the Lasagna:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Once the oven is hot, place the lasagna dish inside and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the lasagna is fully cooked and golden on top.

Step 7:
Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
