  • 2 large eggplants, grilled and peeled.
  • 3 tablespoons of tahini.
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.

  • Black pepper (to taste).

  • 500 grams of labneh (approximately 2 cups).

  • 2 teaspoons of dried mint.

  • Bell pepper slices (for garnish, optional).
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional).

Steps to Prepare Lebanese Foul Medames:

Foul Medames with Baba Ghanoush:

  1. Prepare the Baba Ghanoush:

    • Mash the grilled and peeled eggplants in a bowl using a fork.
    • Add the minced garlic, tahini, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt to the eggplant. Mix well until fully combined.
