  • 3 cups of white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

How to Prepare Lemon Cake with Cream:

  1. Prepare the Cake Batter:

    • In a suitable bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
    • In another bowl, mix the buttermilk and egg whites until smooth.
    • In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the sugar and grated lemon zest, blending well. Add the butter and mix for 3 minutes until you get a smooth texture.
