  • 300 grams of macaroni.
  • ½ cup of cooking cream.
  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
  • 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • 1 cup of liquid milk.
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
  • 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • ½ cup of yellow cheddar cheese.
  • ½ cup of orange cheddar cheese.
  • ½ cup of chopped pepperoni.
  • Salt (to taste).
  • Black pepper (to taste).

How to Prepare Macaroni Cupcakes:

Prepare the Béchamel Sauce:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir until well combined.

  2. Gradually pour in the liquid milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

  3. Season with black pepper and salt to taste, then remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside to cool.

Cook the Macaroni:

  1. Boil the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain the salted water.

  2. Add the béchamel sauce to the cooked macaroni along with black pepper, salt, pepperoni, cooking cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir the ingredients until well combined.
