How to Prepare Mafroukeh Pistachio with Cream:
Prepare the Kataifi Dough:
- Crumble the kataifi dough and grind it in a food processor until fine.
Toast the Dough:
- In a suitable pan, melt the ghee over medium heat, then add the ground kataifi dough.
- Stir occasionally until the dough turns golden brown.
Combine Ingredients:
- Transfer the toasted kataifi dough back into the food processor.
- Add the crushed pistachios, powdered sugar, orange blossom water, and syrup. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Assemble the Layers:
