First Layer Ingredients:
  • 6 small Swiss roll cakes, cut into thin slices.
Second Layer Ingredients:
  • 4 cubes of cream cheese.
  • 1 can of cream.
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk.
  • 3 tablespoons of white sugar.
Third Layer Ingredients:
  • 4 Mars chocolate bars.
  • 1 can of cream.
  • 25 grams of butter.
Decoration Ingredients:
  • Crushed hazelnuts (optional, as desired).
  • Chocolate chips (optional, as desired).

Preparation Method for Mars Dessert:

Preparing the First Layer:
  1. Arrange the Swiss roll slices evenly on the bottom of a suitably sized Pyrex dish. Press them slightly to ensure they cover the entire base.
Preparing the Second Layer:
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered milk, cream, and sugar together until well combined and smooth.
  2. Pour this mixture over the first layer and spread it evenly. Place the Pyrex dish in the refrigerator to chill.
Preparing the Third Layer:
  1. Melt the Mars chocolate bars with the butter in a double boiler (water bath), stirring until completely smooth.
  2. Add the cream to the melted mixture and mix everything well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Final Assembly:
  1. Pour the chocolate mixture over the second layer in the Pyrex dish. Return the dish to the refrigerator to allow the layers to set completely.
  2. Once firm, remove the dish from the refrigerator and garnish the top with chocolate chips and crushed hazelnuts as desired.
  3. Cut the dessert into your preferred sizes and shapes for serving.
