  • 4 slices of soft bread, crumbled.
  • 2 large onions, chopped into medium-sized cubes.
  • 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, grated.
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley.
  • 2 eggs.
  • Black pepper to taste.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon of meat spices.
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup.

How to Prepare Meatloaf with Caramelized Onions:

  1. Melt the butter in a suitable pot over medium heat, then add the onion cubes and stir occasionally until the onions become soft and caramelized.

  2. Remove the pot from the heat and set the caramelized onions aside to cool.
