  • 500 grams of steak, cut into medium-sized cubes.
  • Salt (to taste).
  • Black pepper (to taste).
  • ¼ cup of cornstarch.

Preparation Method:

Preparing the Sauce:

  1. Sauté the Garlic and Ginger:
    Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for a minute until fragrant.

    Pour in the soy sauce and water, stirring to combine.
