- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup of powdered sugar
- ¼ cup of sunflower oil

- 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla (or powdered vanilla if unavailable)
- 1 large can of condensed milk (preferably Nestlé)
- 2 packs of dark Oreo biscuits
- 2 packs of light Oreo biscuits
- 2 cups of whipping cream
- 2 packs of mini Oreo biscuits
Steps to Prepare Oreo Dessert:
Prepare the baking dish:
- Select a medium-sized oven-safe dish that’s also suitable for serving on the table.
Mix the dry ingredients:
- In a deep bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Prepare the wet ingredients:
- In an electric mixer, combine the eggs and powdered sugar. Mix on medium speed for about 3 minutes until the eggs and sugar are well blended.
Combine the mixtures:
- Add the sunflower oil, yogurt, and vanilla to the egg mixture. Finally, incorporate the sifted dry ingredients and mix for about 1 minute until all the ingredients are combined into a smooth batter.
Bake the cake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Preheat your oven to 180°C and place the dish on the middle rack. Bake for 30-35 minutes. To check if the cake is done, insert a toothpick into the center—if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Cool and add layers:
- Once the cake is done, allow it to cool slightly. Pour ¼ of the condensed milk over the cake, spreading it evenly. Then, sprinkle half of the dark and light Oreo biscuits on top. Repeat the process by pouring half of the remaining condensed milk, followed by the rest of the Oreo biscuits. Finally, pour the remaining condensed milk over the top.
Chill the dessert:
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but it's best to let it chill overnight for the best results.
Prepare the cream topping:
- In a mixer, beat the whipping cream for about 5 minutes until it becomes firm and fluffy.
Decorate and serve:
- Using a wide plastic spatula, spread the whipped cream over the entire surface of the cake. Decorate the top with mini Oreo biscuits, and serve the dessert chilled.
