  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 500 grams of cooked pasta
  • ½ cup of chopped onions
  • ½ green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1½ cups of ready-made red pasta sauce
  • 1½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Preparation Method:

  1. Cook the Beef:

    • Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they soften.
    • Add the chopped green bell pepper and continue cooking until it becomes soft.
    • Add the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried basil. Stir frequently until the beef is fully cooked and all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture:

    • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the vinegar until well blended.
    • Add the Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and pasta sauce to the egg mixture. Stir all the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Combine the Mixtures:

    • Add the cooked beef mixture to the egg and cheese mixture, stirring until everything is fully combined.
    • Gently fold in the cooked pasta, mixing it with the rest of the ingredients until evenly coated.
  4. Prepare the Baking Pan:
