For the Dough:

  • 5 cups of flour
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of instant yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower oil

For the Toppings:

  • 1 packet of hot dogs or sausage, sliced as desired
  • 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin, equal-sized strips
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin, equal-sized strips
  • 1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into thin, equal-sized strips
  • 6 mushrooms, sliced (or more, depending on preference)
  • 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of black olives, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried green thyme

Steps for Preparing Pizza in 10 Minutes:

  1. Making the Dough:

    • In a mixer, add 2 cups of flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and warm water. Mix until the dough starts to come together. Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for 10 minutes to rise.
    • After 10 minutes, add the remaining 3 cups of flour and the sunflower oil. Mix on a slow speed for about 5 minutes until the dough is fully formed.
  2. Preparing the Dough for the Oven:

    • Take the dough and place it in an oiled bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes until it doubles in size.
    • Once the dough has risen, roll out the dough onto an oiled baking sheet.
  3. Preheating the Oven:

    • Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F). While the oven heats, spread pizza sauce over the rolled-out dough.
  4. Adding the Toppings:

    • Layer the toppings: add the chopped onion, black olives, red, green, and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, and sliced hot dogs on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
    • Optionally, sprinkle dried thyme and drizzle with a bit of olive oil for added flavor.
  5. Baking:

    • Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until it begins to brown slightly.
