How to Prepare Quinoa Lasagna:
Prepare the Sauce:
Heat the canola oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.Add the minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, and tomato sauce to the pot. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
