  • ¼ cup of sago.
  • 2 cups of water.
  • 2 medium-sized mangoes, mashed.
  • ⅔ cup of liquid milk.
  • ⅓ cup of sweetened condensed milk.
  • ½ teaspoon of salt.
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.

For Garnishing:

  • ¼ cup of diced mango.

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Cooking the Sago

Bring the water to a boil in a suitable pot over medium heat. Add the sago and let it boil for an additional 2 minutes.

Cover the pot and allow the sago to cook for about 20 to 30 minutes until it becomes translucent and fully cooked.

Once cooked, strain the sago thoroughly and rinse it with cold water. Place the sago in a bowl and refrigerate to cool.

Step 2: Preparing the Milk Mixture

In a blender, combine the liquid milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and maple syrup. Blend all the ingredients until well combined.
