  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup of ghee

How to Prepare Saudi Qurs:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, baking powder, 1 teaspoon of mixed spices, black seeds, turmeric, and a pinch of salt.
    • Gradually add water while kneading the mixture until you get a soft and cohesive dough.
  2. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes until it rises and doubles in size.

  3. Shape and Bake the Dough:

    • Grease a baking tray with a bit of vegetable oil and spread the dough evenly across the bottom of the tray.
