How to Prepare Smoked Rice with Meat:

  1. Sauté the onions and meat:
    Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a suitable pot over medium heat. Add the grated onions and stir occasionally until softened.
    Add the meat slices and stir occasionally until the meat changes color.

  2. Season the meat:
    Add the ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, black pepper, and salt to the pot. Stir all the ingredients until well combined.
