How to Prepare Spinach Tart:
Preparing the Tart Dough:
- Make the dough: In a suitable bowl, mix the flour, egg yolks, and butter cubes. Knead the ingredients together until you get a firm dough.
- Form the tart base: Spread the dough inside small tart molds, making sure it covers the bottom and sides.
