  • 900 grams of frozen spinach
  • 1 cup of fresh cream
  • ½ cup of boiled wheat
  • 7 leeks, finely chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of grated coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil (as needed)

Method of Preparation:

  1. Thaw the Spinach:

    • Let the frozen spinach thaw at room temperature for 60 minutes, then drain it well.
  2. Sauté the Leeks:

    • Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped leeks and sauté them for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they become soft.
  3. Add the Wheat:

    • Add the boiled wheat to the pan and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Mix the Ingredients:

    • Add the drained spinach, lemon juice, lemon zest, Parmesan cheese, fresh cream, and grated coconut to the pan. Stir everything well until all the ingredients are combined.
  5. Season the Dish:

    • Add salt and black pepper to taste, and mix again until well combined.
