Dough Ingredients:
- 2 cups of white flour
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of water
- ½ cup of vegetable oil

- 3 medium-sized onions, thinly sliced
- Vegetable oil (as needed for frying)
- 1 large chicken breast (boiled and shredded)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons of sumac
Method of Preparation for Stuffed Musakhan with Samosa Dough:
Preparing the Dough:
- In a large bowl, mix the white flour, corn starch, and salt together until well combined.
- Gradually add water and vegetable oil, kneading until the dough becomes soft and cohesive.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it to rest for 30 minutes until it doubles in size.
Preparing the Filling:
- In a pan over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil and then the sliced onions. Sauté, stirring constantly, until the onions soften.
