  • 1 chicken breast, skin removed.
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  • 2 baguettes, sliced lengthwise.
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese.
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce.
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, sliced.
  • ¼ cup of pesto sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard.
  • Additional salt to taste.
  • Additional black pepper to taste.

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Seasoning and Grilling the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the chicken breast with ¼ teaspoon of black pepper and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Mix the ingredients well to season the chicken.

Lightly grease an electric grill with a small amount of oil, then grill the seasoned chicken breast for about 10 minutes until fully cooked.

Once cooked, slice the chicken breast into strips and set aside.
