For the Cream Filling:
- 2 cups of liquid milk.
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

- 2 egg yolks.
- 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest.
For the Dough:
- 1/2 cup of liquid milk.
- 1/2 cup of water.
- 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
