  • 10 small peeled onions.
  • 700 grams of skinless chicken breasts, cut into large pieces.
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of dried ginger powder.
  • ½ teaspoon of ground white pepper.
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro.
  • 1 medium tomato, peeled and finely chopped.
  • 2 small cinnamon sticks.
  • ½ teaspoon of ground saffron.
  • 2 ½ cups of water.
  • 1 medium-sized carrot, cut into round slices.
  • 10 green olives, pitted and sliced.
  • 2 cubes of low-sodium chicken broth.

Preparation of Chicken Tagine with Onions and Olives:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the peeled onions and sauté them until they turn golden brown.
