How to Prepare Turkish Tantuni Kebab:
Place the ground lamb in a pot over low heat. Cover the pot and let the meat cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the salt and stir to combine, allowing the lamb to cook fully. Once done, remove the pot from the heat and set it aside.
In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, sliced onions, and diced tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
In another pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the cooked lamb, hot red pepper, and paprika. Stir everything well until fully combined, then remove the pot from the heat.
Make a lengthwise cut in each sandwich roll, and stuff it with a generous amount of the lamb mixture. Add some of the vegetable mixture (parsley, onions, and tomatoes) inside the bread.
Repeat the process for all the sandwich rolls.
