For the Béchamel Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of white flour
  • 1 ½ cups of liquid milk

For the Toast:

  • 14 slices of soft toast
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 500 grams of fried kofta fingers

Preparation Method for Toasted Bread with Kofta Tray:

  1. Preparing the Tomato Sauce:
    Heat the oil in a suitable pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions with a pinch of salt and stir occasionally until the onions soften.
    Add the tomato juice and let the mixture simmer for about five minutes.

  2. Preparing the Toast Rolls:
    Flatten each slice of soft toast using a rolling pin on a table or any hard surface.
    Mix the chopped parsley with the melted butter in a small bowl. Spread a bit of this mixture over the surface of each slice of toast, then place a piece of fried kofta on top, rolling the toast tightly into a roll.
    Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used.

  3. Preparing the Béchamel Sauce:
