  • ¼ cup of roasted cashews.
  • ¼ cup of roasted almonds.
  • ¼ cup of roasted pistachios.
  • ¼ cup of roasted pine nuts.

How to Prepare Umm Ali:

  1. Prepare the Milk Mixture:

    • In a saucepan over low heat, combine the milk, sugar, clotted cream, and butter.
    • Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil, then remove the saucepan from the heat.
  2. Mix the Nuts:

    • In a separate bowl, combine the roasted cashews, almonds, pistachios, and pine nuts. Mix well until all the nuts are evenly distributed.
