Steps to Prepare Yogurt and Egg Cheesecake:
Prepare the Crust:
- Line the bottom and sides of a cheesecake pan with aluminum foil.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed tea biscuits with the melted butter until well combined.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
Pre-Bake the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the pan with the crust into the oven and bake for about 5 minutes.
- Remove and let the crust cool.

- Once baked, remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool.
- After cooling, place the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Prepare the Topping:
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in a bit of water and set aside for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the frozen berries and pineapple juice over medium heat, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the dissolved gelatin.
- Let the mixture sit, covered, for about 3 hours.
Decorate the Cheesecake:
- Spread the berry and pineapple mixture over the top of the cheesecake as a garnish.
